The other day in town I crossed paths with an old drifter. Judging by the scars he bore (physical and emotional) I could tell he had lived a lifetime in badger country. We engaged in conversation which turned out to be a rather one-sided affair. I smiled and nodded as he rambled on and on, often incoherently, about this and that. I did manage to glean route finding information about some open slopes he had travelled through in days gone by. What he described sounded like decent terrain for turns.
And thus our story begins….
