I followed the grooming today and it did not disappoint. Started at Elkwood at noon (late start). Temp was -3c and used my twin skins. Sunny skies with a light wind. Wheeler was great. Hadn’t been up North at PLPP all season. On to Whiskey Jack and up to the Lookout JCT. I was going to head up Tyrwhitt but there was a wobbly skier set track in 20cm of snow so I turned around to the track setting. Back down Pocaterra to Packers, Wheeler, Amos, Woolley and back on Meadow. Lower trails were a bit crusty and getting sun glazed in spots. The groomers have done an excellent job. +1 at 2:30
