Discussion:

This report is from Kazzy and is for Helen since I didn’t report after Mt Shark the other day (we thought conditions would have changed too much by the next day): About 15 cms of new snow over the weekend were freshly groomed to perfection last night on the Village trails (and Skogan Pass). Lots of people out “following the grooming” but we only saw one other doggy. We skied Terrace, Kovach, Kovach Link, Ribbon Creek, and Aspen. I had a blast racing down all the hills and rolling in the snow off trail (though I have to admit to being a bit off the pace on the uphills today, I am after all now officially a “senior” dog at 7 years old!). My humans said their twin skins were perfect for both grip and glide. Luckily it didn’t get too sunny or warm by the time we left at 12.30 pm (about -2C) so it didn’t get goopy so hopefully it will still be decent tomorrow. Now off for a well-deserved nap!
