As a result of my query to Parks Canada about whether they could use Nordic-Pulse to report their grooming activities, here is their response:

Subject: Nordic-Pulse X-C ski tracksetting
Thank you for your letter regarding Parks Canada’s potential use of Nordic Pulse, an app-based cross country ski trail grooming report system. We apologize for the delay in responding.
Parks Canada is currently evaluating the Nordic Pulse app's feasibility for our grooming operations in Banff and Yoho National Park, and working to assess if the app can meet Government of Canada online accessibility standards.
When this evaluation is complete, Parks Canada will update skiers and trail user groups on the ability to use Nordic Pulse for the upcoming season.
Parks Canada is proud to offer cross country skiing in Banff and Yoho National Park, with the best conditions from mid-December to early April.
