Discussion:

Following up on Alf's Saturday report, conditions are still Wonderful on Sunday. There was 1 to 2 cm of snow overnight, so our skin skis had good grip on a silky trail. Temperature started at -10 and rose to -4. A condition report on the various segments follows:
FOX CREEK - Very good cpverage and not bumpy. A large tree fell across the trail last night but there is an easy detour.
ELK PASS - Lots of fresh snow in the last week and good skier set tracks. Descending the steep section from the pass could be challenging due to snowplow ridges hardening up and a couple of tree bombs.
TYRWHITT - PERFECT - 2cm new snow on very smooth grooming and trackset from a couple days ago.
HYDROLINE - PERFECT. Very fast and very controllable.
A great day.
