Stoney Creek Bridge

Thanks to Mary's recent positive Stoney Creek report we decided to take the same trip.

Conditions were great. There was 2 cm fresh snow to help with the climbs. Great skier set tracks beyond the Cascade bridge. We noticed one other skier had gone beyond the Stoney bridge before we got there. A snow shower at Stoney Creek made us ski a bit faster on the return because we didn't want to be breaking trail in new snow. However it cleared up shortly so it was smooth sailing all the way back.

Fresh trackset awaited us at the Cascade bridge to make the descent a breeze. We should buy a lottery ticket because the same thing happened at MLR yesterday when the groomers passed us halfway up MLR.

A snow shower greeted us at our destination.

The snow shower was short lived. We had lots of light left.
