Started at Elk Pass parking just before 10am to -3C. Headed up Fox Creek - skier trackset, but very nice with almost no debris. Then back on Elk Pass trail, which was skier trackset in 3-4cm of snow since the last grooming. Quite decent. Headed up Blueberry in pretty good tracks. +1C and a few gusts at the BB picnic table. Had some lunch while we watched a drone that flew around the area for nearly 5min - probably watching us. The trip back down BB was quite slow as the snow was getting sticky. Good to see Helen Read and her group who were heading up. We then skied up to Elk Pass, and returned the same way. All the way back to the car, our downhill glide was slow. The big hill just before the parking lot was quite icy, and scary (but we survived). Good to get out - just need some colder temps out there.

Watch out for that picnic table as it is like a see-saw. When I stood up on east side of the table, my girlfriend almost toppled backwards on the west side. She might have lost some of her tea.

Always a treat to run into Mary and Ray, as they were skiing down from Blueberry summit.
