A SNOW ANGEL came to Pipestone and my precious ski friend, Mary from Edmonton

Discussion:

-11 and maybe 5 cars around 10:45 this morning. #20 Pipestone CCW in heavenly powder, 5-6 cms. on top of grooming from 5th and perhaps again on Jan 8th. Those with skins did some herringbone, while those of us with blue were able to walk up most of the hills. No scary descents but chose for easier green Hector at the end.


Total distance: 14.00 Km

Not our Snow Angel creation but maybe one of the Parks staff enjoying a spin after work.

A new welcome edition in the parking lot.

Conditions could not have been nicer. NO wind which had been a possibility. Saw 2 other couples all day.

Parking lot had been cleared upon our return and temp -9 but did not feel cold at all.
