Grooming Responsibilities - Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise

Any update as to why the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is not fulfilling their responsibility and grooming Fairview, Peyto and Lower Telemark trails?
Parks Canada has been doing an excellent job on the trails they groom in the area. One of the Chateau’s reasons was snow conditions which does not stand considering Parks has been providing continuous service from the beginning of the season. Another reason was equipment breakdown. One report said that this happened last April, giving them plenty of time to deal with the repairs. It has also been pointed out that they have 2 skidoos. Any updated information on that?
Visitors to the area have been advised not to hike Fairview as the conditions are hazardous.

Thanks Roger. Let's try to keep this forum focused on ski conditions if possible.
