Discussion:

In an effort to reduce my carbon footprint, I decided to do two PLPP trips in one drive. So instead of heading out again in a couple of days, I can spend that time on my couch instead.

-6C when I started skiing at about 1000, and +6 when I finished at about 1730. The first loop was the fastest, on packed dry powder. All trails were in great shape, including those that hadn't been groomed in a while like Pocaterra. No sign of melt-freeze in the tracks. Scattered tree debris in scattered locations with Fox Creek being the worst, but still not too bad, at least on my skin skis.

It clouded over between 1200 and 1330 which helped to keep things cool, but the sun came out again for the rest of the day, softening up the tracks and making them sticky in sun-exposed places. Expect some glazing on the tracks tomorrow on Wheeler, Moraine, Elk Pass, Tyrwhitt Meadows, Pocaterra, and others.

For the first time ever, skied Lower Lake Group Camp. For the first time ever didn't ski either Blueberry Hill or Lookout!

Total distance: 69.00 Km

This is what happens when you drop your car key on Sinclair and it gets groomed by a snowcat. (Not my key!)
