Winter is back at West Bragg Creek. With 12-18cm of new snow in the past couple of days, the ski conditions look more like February than late March.
We had wonderful powder touring conditions on West Hostel and Telephone Loop. Hostel was completely un-tracked. On Telephone, a single skier followed the track that was broken by an early morning fat-biker as far as the Disconnect junction, then there was just a ski track for the rest of the way around the loop.
When we arrived at Moose Loop, we found that the Sno-Rabbit had made a grooming pass in the counter clockwise direction. So, we followed the fresh grooming all the way around Moose Loop. It snowed on and off for most of the day, so when we got to Mountain Road the grooming was already covered by a few centimetres of new snow.
So, don't put your skis away yet. It looks like we've got at least a week of great skiing left at WBC!

 Yes, Telephone Loop is multi-user. Today, a fat biker set the first tracks and subsequent skiers followed on the same track.
