SS Birthplace Forest not bad this morning

Plenty of fresh, wet April snow in the 'hood this morning, and my new fishscale skis performed quite well touring the forest and gardens. The sun is getting rather warm this afternoon though :-(
Sadly, said skis have been nowhere near Elk Pass yet this season, due to various slings and arrows. Maybe next week??
