I concur about an excellent blue sky ski day, good grooming on the trail and a refresh for the season. Terrific photos Chuck.

I love when Chuck posts some of the historical data, such as this 2021 avalanche that came down on Moraine Lk Rd. It is an excellent reminder (still critical nowadays even on Canmore's Highline Trail) of the risks.

Chuck, they would have had to do more than 'refresh" from March 29. Glad to see them out. A bit much to ask them to do more what with with the upcoming weather,

Delighted to find that the dedicated Parks Canada Trail Crew came back again to refresh the tracksetting on the Moraine Lake Road.
Make sure you are aware of the avalanche risks if you consider crossing the avalanche path... I have seen it go big:
