Goat Creek not as good as anticipated

Discussion:

With such a nice dump of snow, blue skies, and not much time, we decided to go to Goat Creek. There were many cars in the parking lot, but nearly all went up Ha Link. The trail was raw. Two fat bikers made deep tracks in about 20 cm of nice snow (they must have had a day of their life.)There was also a faint ski track, ruined by the bikers and also two hikers. We trudged through. The day was warm, and the snow was great for the snowman at the end of the day. We met one skier who broke his binding in this rough snow and had to return walking on our ski trail and also a ski family with small kids. Then, on the return, two more hikers were walking on our ski trail. I think the Goat Trail is finished for the season.
