Jo co-ordinated a Ramblers ski trip today, so I'll just copy the text from the club's trip report page:
It was a glorious day with fine springlike weather and good, mostly winterlike snow conditions, to ski our favourite loop at West Bragg Creek. Our 19 km route with 385m of height gain took in Mountain Road, the north side of Moose Loop, Mountainview West, back on Mountain Road, then Mountainview, West Crystal, Loggers and a fast fun run down Sundog to finish. Along the way there were a couple of small bare spots appearing, and two easily bypassed ice flows. Towards the end, there were a few areas of glazed snow in the tracks on Loggers, but overall, purple wax worked very well. Get it while you can!

Good clean tracksetting and cold, blue wax snow on Mountain Road in the morning.

Fine conditions on Mountainview West after lunch. With the warm weather, adding a thin layer of purple wax was needed for grip, but there was no sticking.

Older grooming on Mountainview. Coming up ahead, the south facing downhill was a bit scraped and fast, but still easily controllable. (as were all the other downhills).
