Hi Diana, let me know if you find a source for large (human sized) googly eyes. Can’t seem to locate so far. And it’s doesn’t “google” well, thinking I might order a big batch on line.

I skied Macabee - Pine Ridge - Long Prairie loop, being the first on much of it today.
No grooming since big snowfall, and not that many skiers either. Conditions mostly good, not fast, though I did still do a major snowplow on some hills!
There were many animal tracks, including the usual big cat tracks on east Pine Ridge, which made me think about getting googly eyes for my tuque........
Near the top of Macabee, I met a busload of youngsters going the other way. I think they did a short loop of east PineRidge - Macabee, and spent some time digging in the meadow by the junction!
While I enjoyed lunch at the picnic table at the top, a couple came up the west side and skied past. Apart from those, I saw no one else on the trails today.
The only (human) non-skier tracks on the ski trails were on the last section of Long Prairie (south), which had been thoroughly mashed up by hikers. Hopefully more grooming on Friday will smooth things out.

Total distance: 13.80 Km

I took the road less travelled: Macabee to the right.

Pussytoes?
