Meeting SkierRoger - finally!

I ran into SkierRoger on Wedge Connector and finally got to thank him in person for starting this blog. I can say with some authority that it takes lots of time and effort to run one of these things.

The tracks on Wedge Comnector were slightly glazed but were in good shape and ultra-fast. With Suzie pulling me along, I made it to the end in about 15 minutes.

I also skied Bill Milne and Terrace on similar conditions.

The temperature at Wedge Pond was -2 at 1 pm. Despite the semi-glazed tracks, wax was still working well and I had success using VR50(0/-4).

I avoided the Evan-Thomas trail today. The parking lot was full and I'm pretty sure most of them were hikers.
