After a frustrating false start trying to leave Calgary(car problems), I was still the first skier at the Ribbon Creek parking lot. I started on the Ribbon Creek trail, hit Coal Mine, then continued along Ribbon Creek to the bridge. I did a couple loops on the south side of the creeks to hit all the trails that were groomed last night. Depending on elevation and tree cover, there was 1-5cm of fresh snow on last night's grooming. Other than some footprints from walkers directly in the tracks on the shared part of Ribbon Creek, everything was in beautiful shape! It was snowing most of the morning with probably another 1cm accumulating while I was skiing.

I was out there today as well. I skied the entire network south of Ribbon Creek plus Ribbon trail (but not Coal Mine)so I likely bumped into you at some point. There were a fair number of walkers messing up the Ribbon trail coming out of the parking lot but otherwise conditions are pretty good.
