Grooming in progress at Kananaskis Village

Discussion:
The weekend snowfall of which there was close to 20 cm is in the process of being groomed as I write this. You can follow the progress of the snowcat on Nordic Pulse(click the link). The newest grooming is shown in green. Anxious to see how much gets accomplished tonight.
One of the best features of evening grooming is that the tracks have time to set up before being skied(or walked) on.
I am assuming that the trails in PLPP are also being groomed but we don't get a report until the tracksetter returns to home base where there's an internet connection.
I'm happy to see so many of the SkierBob alumni posting reports on here. Today has been productive with reports from Chuck, Steve, Helen, Jean-Francois, and Karl. I hope to run into all of you this winter. I laughed when I read that Chuck "didn't see his skis until he turned around at Sundance Lodge."

Good morning Bob,
Anyone know about PLPP? Are they short staffed, mechanical issue?
Like everyone, I am itching to ski there and was really thinking that they would be able to work with last weekend ‘s snowfall.

Sophie, I'm as surprised as you that no new grooming showed up on the Live Grooming Report. I don't know what the problem is. I'm hoping Roger will be able to get some answers.
