Discussion:
I had not been to Skoki lodge since 2018 and we had a fabulous day trip for what might be my last ski of the season.
Very nice overall conditions, bluebird day and minimal wind on Ptarmigan lake.
On the return we opted to ski the snowmobile route (summer trail, straight when you leave the Half-Way Hut meadows) as it's a pleasant alternative.
The lodge was quiet as we were ahead of the guests skiing / hiking in and we had a relaxing quick lunch break inside the lodge.
For once no skinny skies, we rented light touring skis at Wilson Sports in Lake Louise ($39 for skis, poles, boots and skins)
Total distance: 30.00 Km

One of the best photos from Boulder Pass I have ever seen. Bravo.
