Absolutely beautiful, blue sky day at PLPP with the amazing Laurel Uruski! We chatted our way up Elk Pass hill, Hydroline, Lookout (south to north), and then down the other side of Lookout, across Tyrwhitt, and back down Hydroline. The grooming was generally excellent, and although we were worried about some down hills (eg that last Hydroline descent) by the time we got to them, they were softened up enough to be very skiable. -10 when we arrived just before 10:00, and around +1 when we left at 2:30. My fishscales were very happy, and Laurel’s wax skis with blue wax did the trick with one reapplication on Tyrwhitt). Happy spring skiing, everyone! Let’s cross our fingers for a few more great weeks.
