Moraine Lake road at Lake Louise

Report Submitted by Bob Truman
(trip) Date: Wednesday Nov 10, 2021

Submitted: Wednesday Nov 10, 2021

Participants:

Hordes of skiers from Saskatchewan and me

Discussion:

Lake Louise received 3 cm overnight. Conditions have improved with the new snow for both classic and skating. The tracksetting implement has been moved into position at the trailhead.

I also skied a short distance on the Great Divide. Much improved with the new snow. The tracksetting implement was also moved to the GD trailhead today.

I've attached a link with more photos.

Take note: Upper Tramline is packed and skiable(as Sibylla noted in her report) so you could park up at the lake and ski down to MLR. Lower Tramline is still strewn with rocks.

I wonder who is going to put in the most skiing days this year:
Bob Truman or Chuck?
