Foothills snowfall warning update
Report Submitted by MaSid

Discussion:
The initial official warning said 10-20 cm. Its now been upgraded to 20-30 cm based on more upslope characteristics. Our enjoyment of it will depend on temperatures. Perhaps some rain to start, how cold it gets overnight, how long it stays cold, how much it warms up during the day and whether the snow dries out or just freezes. Skiing options available with the right timing.
And a note for MikeW: get that tobermory circuit done? My email is not currently functioning.

Snow reports this morning:
Nakiska: 15 cm
Sunshine: 5
Louise: 7
West Bragg looks like about 12 cm
But temps not so cool, so moist snow, if not now then later.

Almost 15 cm on our deck in north Canmore in just the last few hours. This could be huge. Looks super heavy.

It’s already snowing lightly at west bragg.
Just one big flake, followed by more.

Happy to hear you survived. Anticipated maybe a little B delay, although I thought you might use the new LT gear. Looking forward to you report, and perhaps updating the guide on that basis.

MaSid - The Little B's are working on their report as I write this. I had sent you a few emails over the past week and was wondering why I hadn't got a reply. Now I know.
